SKIDATA

Driving your digital future

Innovations that set new standards

At the NSAA Show in Arizona, Skidata will be celebrating its fortieth anniversary and under the motto "Driving Your Digital Future" will demonstrate how you can benefit from Skidata 4.0. – because digitization and the simple, meaningful analysis of generated data are the driving forces behind successful solutions. The Skidata program will include:

  • Driving Smart Data: The analysis tool sweb.Analyze 'Mountain' delivers all key figures at a glance – anywhere, anytime.
  • Driving Simplicity: Summit.Logic – the new generation of Skidata management software provides a 360° view of the ski area.
  • Driving Connectivity with open and modular interfaces – high flexibility thanks to the perfect integration of additional systems such as third party POS, ski school or ski rental modules.

Starting with Driving Smart Data...

With sweb.Analyze 'Mountain', the state-of-the-art dashboard and analysis solution, all business-relevant metrics (KPIs) and data are presented clearly and informatively via dashboards and reports that are ready to use and customizable.

With current key figures from the same day, you can continuously analyze your operations and intervene when needed to proactively steer your business – any place and any time, even on the go.
sweb.Analyze 'Mountain' is the innovative analysis tool for monitoring and optimizing the business processes of a ski resort.

On to Driving Simplicity

Summit.Logic is the new generation of user-friendly Skidata management software providing a 360° view of your ski area. The extensive application software enables fast configuration and mobile monitoring of all access points, customization of tariffs, easy integration of third-party systems and much more.

The completely redesigned software architecture is particularly impressive due to its two web-based intuitive user interfaces – optimized for efficient working. The Summit.Logic Management Center combines all configuration and administrative tools into a single interface, while the Operation Center permits operators to control and monitor all lifts and accesses in the ski resort – both centralized and locally.

In the background, the Summit Server works with Business Logic and Backend to provide for a secure data base. The results of the new software are innovations that set new standards for the management tasks of mountain lift operators. For example, the quantum leap in operations: in the Management Center and Operation Center proven workflows are combined with intuitive operation.
The benefits are clear: faster processes, reduced training times and easier management of complex ski resorts or ski pool. With the Operation and Management Centers, Summit.Logic offers web-based user tools that enable centralized lift and access management from any location and at any time, as well as simple configuration and administration functions. All key figures are shown at a glance – anytime and anywhere including on mobile devices.

around-the-clock  availability

Skidata’s brand-new ticket vending machine by the name of Smart.Cash greatly simplifies ski pass purchases – with around-the-clock availability. Smart.Cash is a big hit with users thanks to simple and intuitive touchscreen operation. Payment can be made by card or cash.

Driving Connectivity

The new Summit.Logic is the connecting element between all hardware and software components within the complete Skidata solution. The modular and open software architecture with its flexible interfaces permits the Skidata solution to be adapted to the user’s specific needs and requirements. Operators can choose from the extensive Skidata product portfolio and seamlessly integrate the Skidata solution into their existing system landscape.

The external interfaces of the Skidata solution also permit integration of new technologies and additional systems from other manufacturers at any time, so that users always have full flexibility. They can choose from a portfolio of integrated third-party products supplied by more than a hundred partners, including webshop and presale solutions, ticketing and guest card systems, pay-per-use solutions, ERP & CRM, lockers, ski school and ski rental, or gamification and loyalty solutions.
All that suggests it will be well worth visiting the Skidata booth at the NSAA Show in Arizona and joining them in their fortieth anniversary celebrations.

The Summit.Logic Management Center combines all configuration and administration tools into a single interface for a perfect overview.
