Recordbreaking Interalpin 2011

Interalpin 2011 boasts a new record. 19,500 visitors from more than 70 nations and from all continents attended the world’s most important trade fair for ski area management and winter service appliances. From May 4 – 6 the halls at the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre were overfull. Although still under construction, the new Hall 1 was partly used for the first time which was an enormous success.
There was a remarkable increase of visitors from France, Scandinavia, Asia, Russia, the Eastern European countries as well as from Africa and from Arab countries.
Doubtless Interalpin is Austria’s most important technology trade fair with a world-wide reputation. This underlines Austria’s significance not only as one of the world’s most successful tourism destination but also its competence in the field of the winter technique industry.
The highlights of Interalpin 2011 are presented on youTube.
The date for the next Interalpin has been fixed with April 10-12, 2013 at the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre.
